Marsha and David Clarke  tell us they love teaching Tai Chi and Qigong to High Five’s enthusiastic members every week.

Tai Chi & Qigong is a traditional Chinese exercise, dating back to at least the 15th century, to help balance the opposing forces within the body and encourage the flow of energy to promote health and longevity. Described as “a moving meditation that combines slow full breaths with slow flowing movements”, it is good for the body and mind.  Practising anywhere, anytime, you can benefit from improved balance, strength, mobility, flexibility and a reduction in stress – you will feel an undeniable sense of calm, improved circulation, metabolic benefits and so much more.
