Clinical Pilates

Tuesdays 3.15pm Mt Tabor Methodist Church

Thursdays 1.30pm Highgate

Tutor:  Sue Watson

Pilates is a system of exercise that focuses on strengthening the whole body to improve balance, muscle strength, flexibility and posture. Pilates can lead you to improved stability.  It can be gentle for those recovering from injury or for someone who is older BUT it is no soft option.  We can use body weight to build strength and better posture.

If you’ve any serious medical problems, it is advisable to get the ok from your GP.

I go to High Five’s Pilates classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays and I LOVE it. Great bunch of people: all different ages and abilities. This is not a problem as Sue (our tutor) will adapt the session to suit you.  We still have a laugh and a chitchat and get fit at the same time.

This type of exercise is not high impact or fast, so it’s great for anyone.  I have had good results from attending: feeling healthier, better balance, stronger body,  better flexibility and wellbeing on the whole. This class I would recommend to anyone.”
